Our History

For more than 50 years, Urological Associates, Inc. has provided the best in urologic care for men, women and children in Evansville, Indiana and the surrounding area.

Throughout our history, we have strived to remain the Tri-State’s leader in urology. Today, our team of eight physicians and practice staff remain committed to providing the most comprehensive, yet personalized, urological care in one location.

Our Location

In March 2004, we moved into our current offices at 920 S. Hebron Avenue on Evansville’s East Side. We’re conveniently located near area hospitals and diagnostic facilities. We provide ample parking, wheelchair access and a comfortable waiting area. Our official address is:

We can be contacted at 812-473-1111.

Our office hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. For emergencies, a physician is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
